F.A.M. 640 was founded by community leader Torson Fullard, also the founder of The Way Out 7, LLC and Co Founder Sportscasting Company U2TV whose passion for basketball is matched only by his dedication to the youth and young adults who play the game. With 25 years of experience as a Player, Coach, Sportscaster and referee, along with a deep commitment to community engagement, he possesses the unique ability to bridge the gap between youth and adulthood, both on and off the court.
